Why is prostitution frowned upon when most of us prostitute our time in order to live?

If we analyze objectively what prostitution means, we can define that a prostitute offers her company, sexual favors and her time. The only thing that differentiates a prostitute from a bricklayer is the sexual nature of their services. But the bricklayer or any other person who works for someone else is doing a job, which may or may not please him, in exchange for a sum of money.

I believe that the influence of Christian morals and religion (especially Catholic and Muslim) have caused prostitution to be frowned upon as a sale of human dignity, I disagree with this vision and I will explain why.

I think that we should stop judging prostitution in the negative and suggest that it is a necessary service that does good to society, therefore the legalization of this socioeconomic sector would have a positive impact on civil society, on the quality of life of prostitutes and in customer guarantees when hiring these company services.

In these times where we must learn to coexist with the crisis generated by the covid-19 and we must adapt to the new hygiene and social distancing measures there are two major challenges for company girls:

- Economic crisis

     It will mean that there are much fewer tourists in Ibiza, for the time being in this summer of 2020 in Ibiza 60% less tourism is expected.

  It will also mean that tourists have less spending capacity due to less income or fear and mistrust generated by the crisis.

- Crisis of social trust due to the virus

   Many people are afraid of getting infected and stop doing activities that they previously did, this will affect the escorts since they will lose clients who are afraid.

I say goodbye with a message of hope since the human being has always known how to adapt to the great changes produced by crises. We are designed to know how to survive, to recover from adversity. So lets learn to live with this virus, since it is one of the thousands of viruses that we already live with.
